Adler Consulting

Born and Raised in South Florida, Marc Adler, is the President and CEO of Machine Gun America and President of Allan Adler Consulting. His law practice specializes in firearms law and compliance. Marc also serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Government Relations for Ammunition Depot. Previously, Adler was the CEO of a startup health care company called Trackdox, specializing in the secure transfer of electronic medical records.  Adler has a passion for the firearms industry and is constantly working to insure compliance in an ever-changing regulatory world. More importantly, he is dedicated to informing the public about the importance of the Second Amendment and firearms safety. He has been asked to lecture numerous times on laws surrounding firearms and holds an annual safety seminar to inform the general public about the necessity of securing firearms. Adler is proud to be both a Benefactor and Training Counselor for the NRA and holds more than a dozen instructor shooting certifications from various schools.  Prior to attending law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Adler graduated from UF with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Criminology. During his undergraduate studies, Adler served as Student Body President of UF and was the first student member of the UF board of Trustees. Marc is proud to be a Gator and along with his wife Ashton, also a former UF Student Body President. They enjoy traveling and attending every Gator game they can
